For Just a fee of £115 plus an anuual subscription of £45, your first 100 Chimney Certificates and a free vacuum sticker.
The criteria for joining the ICS are simple and affordable. We require references from three of your customers and a copy of your liability insurance. When we have vetted your application we will issue you with your personal ICS number for use with your Certificates and add you to our online "Members section". If you already have a website we can link to you for a further fee of £38, simple and affordable. The ICS Code of Practice is that if you incur five or more complaints your membership will be revoked.

If you are considering becoming a Chimney Sweep we offer a one-day intensive training course to get you started on the right road.

- 5. Sweeping the flues

Our next course is on Saturday 13th September 2008 and will be held at The Powerhub, Maidstone Business Centre, Unit G4, St.Peters Street, Maidstone. Kent. ME16 0ST (a free cold buffet will be provided with Tea and Coffee). The course starts at 10:30am until 16:30pm.
Participants will be handed a one day course manual for future reference, also you will receive an attendance certificate and your first 100 Safety Certificates plus a vacuum sticker. The price of the one day course is £325 all inclusive, however please book early as only 10 places are available.
